How to reach a person
There is no chat widget and no ticket queue. These are real addresses, answered by a person, with the response times we hold ourselves to.

Who to write to
If a child is at immediate risk, none of these addresses is the right route. Call 999, and find a member of staff.

| Anything else: a venue, a school, a problem with the site, a complaint | hello@threesafe.org | Five working days |
Postal address: — to be confirmed before launch —
Asking for your data, or its deletion
Write from the email address on your account and tell us what you want. You do not need to use any particular form of words, quote a law, or send identity documents. If we cannot tell it is you from the address, we will send a sign-in link rather than ask you for a passport.
What you can ask for:
- a copy of everything we hold about you;
- a correction to anything wrong;
- deletion of your account — your phrase, your contacts and your children’s name checks all go with it;
- your data in a portable file;
- that we stop a particular use, or that you object to one.
It is free, and we answer within one month. One honest limit: we cannot give you your child’s stored first name, because we do not hold it in a form anyone can read. We can confirm the check exists, and delete it. The privacy notice explains why.
Making a complaint
Tell us what happened, when, and what you would like us to do. We will acknowledge within five working days and give you a full answer within 20. If we got something wrong we will say so plainly and tell you what we have changed.
If your complaint is about the service being unavailable when you needed it, please include the approximate time and place. That is the failure we care most about, and we will investigate it as an incident rather than as a support ticket.
Going to the regulator
If your complaint is about how we handled your data and you are not satisfied with our answer, you can take it to the Information Commissioner’s Office. You do not have to come to us first, although it is usually quicker.
